1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Due to the customised nature of our products, refunds and replacements are accepted only under specific conditions. You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- There is an error in the personalisation (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong image, etc) that differs from the order you placed.
Please note that minor variations in colour, design, or material due to the custom manufacturing process do not qualify as defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
As each fridge magnet is personalised according to your specifications, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after the order has been placed.
- Errors in personalization if the information provided during ordering was incorrect.
3. Process for Notifying Us of Errors Before Shipment

If the magnet has not yet been produced, we will do our best to rectify the issue before it is made and shipped. However, please note that once production has begun, we may not be able to make changes.
4. Process for Returning Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Personalised Items
To initiate a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

5. Refunds and Replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved:
- Replacement: We will produce and ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
- Refund: If a refund is issued, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
